“Each person is a unique individual… Every person's map of the world is as unique as their thumbprint.” -Milton Erickson

Each experience in our lives, whether negative or positive, prepares us for future blessings, builds character, and teaches us something about ourselves. Clients know themselves, know what works for them, and knows what doesn’t work in their lives. Change is inevitable, and it is up to each of us to re-write our narratives rather than accept what has been dealt to us.

Being  culturally  sensitive  to  the  needs  of  diverse  clientele  is  important  to me. I welcome opportunities to gain knowledge about the client’s background and spiritual practices, which may be incorporated into therapeutic goals. I operate from the principle that therapy is a journey that you, the client, and I embark on together. Together, through conversation, we can develop and achieve your vision of a solution.
