Pearland Therapist & Counselor Careers

• All Therapist positions require an independent Texas license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW

• All Therapists are Independent Contractors/1099 Employees

• Full administrative support - paneling with 30+ insurance companies, all client referrals, intakes, scheduling, insurance verification, billing, claims, collections, etc.

• Hybrid work options are available in which the therapist may work some days from home providing virtual therapy

• Leadership promotion opportunities available

Full-time Therapists

• Up to $95,000 expected annually, but there is no cap on therapist income

• $1,000 Signing Bonus

• Benefits active on Day 1: Health, Dental, Vision, IRA retirement matching, CEU reimbursement, Counseling reimbursement, and Professional Liability Insurance Reimbursement.

• Flexible schedule for life/work balance - morning, afternoon, and evening availability on weekdays and weekends. Set your own hours.

• We have waiting lists for all our therapists and are able to fill caseloads in a max of 30 days.

Part-time Therapists

• Therapist works evenings and/or weekends

Therapist Interns

• LPC Associates, LMFT Associates, and LMSWs working towards licensure as an LCSW

• Therapist works evenings and/or weekends

• Therapist receives outside supervision from a clinical supervisor for independent license

• Therapist commits to at least 1 year of work with The Resilience Center

• When independently licensed, the therapist may apply for a full-time position with increased pay and flexibility

The Resilience Center of Houston is a private practice dedicated to providing quality, outpatient counseling to treat moderate to higher-functioning clients for a wide range of mental and behavioral health issues. The Resilience Center of Houston was started by Dr. Jenny Burkholder, a local LMFT and LPC who was raised in Houston and now serves to better the lives of Houstonians. You will create an individualized schedule and work the number of days you desire, the number of hours you desire, and the start and end times that best fit your life.

You will choose the therapy modalities and populations you want to work with. Options are available for individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and the treatment of children, teens, and adults.​
