Do you feel others’ feelings matter more than your own? Do you feel you are never good enough? Do you just want to feel happy, loved, and supported for once? You are not alone; I’m here to help you when it all feels like too much.

My mission is to uplift women and trans individuals, helping them build resilience and reclaim their sense of purpose. By fostering strength and self-empowerment, we can build a foundation for life that aligns with our truest self.

Life can be overwhelming, but you don't have to face it alone. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and collaboration. With experience and training in multiple treatment modalities, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Art Therapy, I help my clients achieve their goals.

In our sessions, you'll find a safe space to explore your emotions, confront limiting beliefs, and cultivate a deep sense of self-compassion. Together, we'll unravel the knots of doubt and insecurity, replacing them with a newfound sense of confidence and empowerment. It's time to prioritize your own well-being and embrace the authentic person you are. Reach out today and take the first step toward a more fulfilling life. You deserve it.

LICENSE, EDUCATION, and EXPERIENCE

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (#72792), and my educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of North Texas and a Master of Arts degree from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College. Prior to counseling, I worked as an elementary art educator and facilitated therapeutic art groups for children residing in area shelters. Since then, I have continued to support vulnerable populations, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, at-risk youth, and survivors of sexual abuse.

What will my first therapy session be like?

After looking over your paperwork and informing you about confidentiality, you and your counselor will discuss your concerns, symptoms, personal history, and treatment goals. Your counselor will decide if they are the best clinician to meet your needs, and you will decide if your counselor is a comfortable fit.
