TREATMENT SPECIALTIES
With a warm and collaborative style, I strive to create a supportive, empathetic, and engaging therapeutic environment where you can safely explore your experiences, emotions, and strengths. Â Â Therapy starts by slowing down and making space for emotions that have been difficult to face, and healing takes root through understanding, curiosity, compassion, and sometimes a bit of laughter along the way. As you practice self-compassion and gain new insight, growth takes shape, enabling you to take meaningful steps toward the life you want to live.
Â
Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from who they once were. While unpacking those feelings, we often find moments of insight that remind you of your resilience and help you reconnect to inner resources that have been overshadowed by stress, loss, or painful experiences. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), we will work toward rebuilding trust in yourself and confidence in your ability to face life’s challenges with authenticity and hope. I would be honored to walk alongside you, at your pace, offering perspective and encouragement.
