I am passionate about supporting people in finding their inherent self-worth and achieving a balanced, fulfilling life. With extensive experience in treating those with mental health conditions and trauma, I am here to help clients navigate challenges and regain a sense of peace and vitality.
Therapy is my true calling. In addition to providing practical tools to treat specific symptoms, I strive to foster hope for my clients. Through a warm, humorous, and sometimes irreverent approach to treatment, I aim to help clients reach a better understanding of themselves and their challenges and rediscover their zest for life.
You are more than your diagnosis. With the right tools, recovery is possible, and anyone can improve themselves.
LICENSE, EDUCATION, and EXPERIENCE
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#108133) and a graduate of the Diana R. Garland Master of Social Work program at Baylor University. While earning my master’s degree, I interned at a federally qualified community health care center and a non-profit organization providing free therapy services to people in the Greater Houston area. Before moving into outpatient private practice, I provided Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as a full-time clinician to adults with individual challenges from various walks of life.
