No one said this thing called life would be easy, but no one said you have to go at it alone, either. Reaching out for help can be intimidating, uncomfortable, and downright scary. I recognize how difficult it can be to take that first step, and I am here to walk alongside you on this journey by offering my guidance and support.

I believe therapy can benefit anyone. Because your unique values, background, and experiences shape your perspective, I approach our work with a deep respect for diversity. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, valued, and respected. Even during the times you might doubt yourself or the process, I will be here to advocate for you, support your growth, and thoughtfully address your hesitations.
Â
Using evidence-based approaches like Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I continuously adapt our sessions to fit your specific needs and preferences. Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and actions to develop new insights and skills. By practicing these tools in your daily life, you will build the confidence to overcome the challenges you face.

When you are ready to put your best foot forward, I am here to help you improve your relationships, achieve your goals, and support your overall mental health.
