Reaching out to start therapy can be one of the hardest things one does; my goal is to provide a safe and comforting place to feel heard. Advocating for mental health is close to my heart, and helping individuals become happy, healthy, and empowered is a passion of mine. I hope to walk beside you on your therapy journey toward reaching your goals and a happier path.
I utilize proven, evidence-based practices coupled with a highly tailored approach to help individuals achieve their goals. This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy Skills (DBT), and a variety of other modalities that suit my client’s needs.
I look forward to seeing where the counseling journey takes us!
