Advocating for mental health is close to my heart, and helping individuals become happy, healthy, and empowered is a passion of mine. I utilize proven, evidence-based practices coupled with a highly tailored approach to help individuals achieve their goals. This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy Skills (DBT), and a variety of other modalities that suit my client’s needs.

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from Texas A&M Kingsville and my Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stephen F. Austin State University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (#78505) and have provided counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Working at an inpatient psychiatric facility allowed me to gain experience in different areas of mental health, crisis intervention, and behavior modification.
