In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, as though life is leading us rather than the other way around. Yet, I believe we all possess the wisdom to navigate the complexities of our lives, which may require slowing down, tuning into ourselves, and reconnecting with our environment. Together, we can work to manage life’s inevitable challenges and cultivate a peaceful relationship between your inner world and the chaos around you.
Â
I take a collaborative approach to therapy, empowering you to develop healthy coping skills, improve your relationships, and heal trauma and loss. We’ll identify mental and behavioral patterns that may be holding you back and find a path toward clarity and balance. When undergoing stress, we may abandon the positive habits that support our well-being, but I can help you to re-establish healthy routines and practices to stay grounded through life’s ups and downs. We can also work to enhance your connections with friends and family, which may include healing the relationship you have with yourself or your faith. If you’re working to recover from abuse, trauma, grief, or loss, I can walk alongside you on that journey using evidence-based strategies to help you best come to terms with your past and present.
Â
I view the therapeutic relationship as one of genuine connection and collaboration that promotes change through exploration, shared perspectives, and open dialogue. Ultimately, you are the expert on your life and what you need. I am simply the assistant that hands you the tools and holds the flashlight. When you are ready to share your story and reclaim your narrative, I would be honored to witness your truth and transformation.
